Completely broken and the Support is extremely ignorant

- Bunch of Bugs
- Hard lags
- Crash every few clicks in Reward page
- Crash in Alliance menu (checking war points or Honor)

- identical Events , always temporary stuff and getting weaker and weaker

- the Game often freezes
• also drained 2400 diamonds from me during the freeze (the verification window didnt even appear for yes or no)

• but support doesnt care at all, they keep Pushing that the window is always there and try to make Idiot out of you, even thou you Explain them the Problem nicely and ask for understanding while Clearing up that you wish fairness and not to abuse this
(Since everybody knows that buying ressources for diamonds is too Overdrived)

• ignorant and Offensive behavior from
Stuff which show no Intention of Communications and Cooperation with their players

I am really Sorry to see what happened to this Game in the past year ..
