Very very very good game with stability issues

I have been playing this game on 2 devices for 2 years now and it really is a fantastic game. The more you play it, the better it gets, even without spending any money. The start takes some time but once you get going, its amazing.

So why only 3 stars? There are 2 flaws in this game. One of them is the game stability. On the iPhone its ok but the iPad mini it crashes every couple of minutes, making competitive gameplay almost impossible. The 2nd issue is the handling of VIP players. They get so many free handouts that its not possible to become a top player without serious cash no matter how much you play. If the stability issues are resolved and a fairer chance for all it would easily get 5 stars from me hands down.
